Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and/or size of your products, and your location. These charges will be added to your order according to the shipping and handling listed for the products you have added to your order. For orders with multiple items, shipping charges will start with the highest item shipping and $2.00 for each additional item ordered. Returns
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions
Magazine subscription are non refundable. Food items can not be returned if they are opened. No returns on DVD’s unless defective. No returns or refunds accepted on Closeout items.
Shipping Fee on Returns
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Backorders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
